This Privacy Policy explains how Dogcraft ("we", "us") collects and uses information in connection with our text-message (SMS) alerts program.
When you sign up for text alerts we collect the mobile phone number you provide, an optional name, and your consent to receive messages (along with the date, time, and IP address of your submission as proof of consent).
We use your mobile number solely to send you the Dogcraft alerts you opted into — server news, event reminders, and downtime notices — and to honor your requests (such as STOP and HELP).
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-message opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties. All other categories of data are subject to the standard terms of this Privacy Policy.
You can opt out of text alerts at any time by replying STOP to any message. Reply HELP for help. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
We keep your number only for as long as you remain subscribed, and remove it after you opt out.
